Setup should be boring
If a customer needs a technician, we have failed. Every activation email carries instructions written for the specific device the customer told us about — not a generic PDF.
Home/About Us
A small team that got tired of streaming services that were either expensive, complicated, or impossible to get help from — and built the thing we wanted instead.

We provide a streaming subscription that runs on the devices people already own. You buy a plan, we send you login details, and you install a standard player from your device’s own app store. There is no proprietary box, no installer visit and no two-year contract.
Behind that sits the part customers do not see: load-balanced servers, monitoring, and a support desk staffed by people who have actually set these devices up themselves.

Two things kept coming up. First, households were paying for several overlapping subscriptions and still could not find the one match or box set they wanted. Second, when something broke, getting a straight answer from a large provider was close to impossible.
So the brief was narrow: one subscription that covers the ground, on any screen, with a human on the other end when it goes wrong. That is still the whole brief.
If a customer needs a technician, we have failed. Every activation email carries instructions written for the specific device the customer told us about — not a generic PDF.
No hardware to buy, no lock-in. Smart TVs, sticks, phones, laptops. If someone replaces their television, they sign in on the new one and carry on.
Support is not a deflection funnel. Setup help is free and unlimited for the life of a subscription, because a customer who cannot watch is not a customer for long.
The number on the card is the total for the period. Nothing renews without being asked, and there is no cancellation fee to discover later.
When something breaks we would rather find out why than restart it and hope. Reports that name a channel and a time are worth a great deal to us.
We offer content we are authorised to provide, and we say plainly when something is not available rather than implying it might be.
The fastest way to judge a streaming service is to use it. Plans start at a month, so there is not much to lose.
