1. Service agreement
These terms form the agreement between you and YourFlix IPTV (“we”, “us”) when you purchase or use a YourFlix subscription. By placing an order you accept them.
We provide access to a streaming service on a subscription basis. We do not supply hardware, and we do not provide the internet connection you use to reach the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter into a contract. Subscriptions are for personal, domestic use unless you hold a separate reseller agreement with us.
3. Your account
Your login details are personal to you. You are responsible for keeping them confidential and for anything done using them.
- Do not share your details outside your household.
- Tell us promptly if you believe they have been compromised.
- Give accurate contact details — activation is sent by email, and we cannot deliver it to an address that does not work.
4. Subscription terms
Subscriptions are sold for a fixed period — one, three, six or twelve months — and for a stated number of simultaneous streams. Your term begins when the account is activated, not when the order is placed.
The number of simultaneous streams limits concurrent playback only. You may install the player on as many devices as you wish.
5. Payments
Prices are shown before you order and are payable in full at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
If a payment is reversed, charged back or fails after activation, we may suspend the account until the matter is resolved.
6. Renewals
Subscriptions do not renew automatically. We will contact you before your term ends so that you can choose whether to continue. If you do nothing, the subscription simply expires.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute access without a reseller agreement with us.
- Record, rebroadcast, publicly perform or otherwise redistribute content.
- Share credentials outside your household or attempt to exceed your plan’s stream limit by technical means.
- Attempt to interfere with, probe or circumvent any part of the service or its security.
- Use the service unlawfully or in a way that infringes anyone’s rights.
8. Device and account usage
You are responsible for your own devices, software and network. We publish compatibility information in good faith, but we cannot guarantee that any particular device, operating system version or third-party player app will remain compatible.
9. Service availability
We aim to provide a continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Availability may be affected by maintenance, upstream provider issues, network conditions or events outside our control.
The content available may change. Channels, films and series vary by package and region, and availability at the time of purchase is not a guarantee of continued availability.
10. Customer responsibilities
- Maintaining an internet connection adequate for streaming.
- Keeping your devices and player apps updated.
- Providing accurate information when ordering or seeking support.
- Contacting us promptly when something is wrong, so we have the opportunity to fix it.
11. Intellectual property
All trade marks, branding and site content remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any content, software or brand to you. Your subscription grants a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the service for its term.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, in particular the acceptable use section, or where required by law or by a rights holder.
Where a breach is minor and capable of being remedied, we will normally contact you first. Where an account is terminated for serious breach, no refund is due.
You may stop using the service at any time. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.
13. Limitations of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with your subscription is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in question.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost enjoyment, missed events or loss of data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you order is the version that applies to that order. Material changes will be notified to active subscribers.
15. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of United States, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Questions about these terms: support@seeyourflix.com, or via the contact page.
