1. Who we are
This policy covers personal data handled by YourFlix IPTV in connection with this website and the YourFlix subscription service.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following, and only where we have a reason to:
- Contact information — your name, email address and, if you provide it, a WhatsApp or telephone number.
- Order information — the plan you bought, the date, your order reference and a payment reference from our payment provider.
- Support information — the content of messages you send us, including any screenshots, plus device details you tell us about.
- Technical information — server logs generated when you use the service, which may include IP address, device type and timestamps.
3. Payment information
We do not collect or store full card numbers. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers who handle card details directly. We receive only a confirmation and a reference.
4. Website usage information
This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies and loads no third-party trackers. The only external request it makes is to Google Fonts, which serves the two typefaces used across the site.
If you add analytics, a chat widget, a pixel or any other third-party script, this section must be updated to say so, and a cookie notice will very likely be required.
5. Why we collect it
- To create and activate your account.
- To take payment and keep a record of the transaction.
- To provide support and answer your questions.
- To detect and prevent abuse, fraud and credential sharing.
